Condition of Entry to Canada Cup 2008

Spectators are bound by the conditions of ticket sales and terms of admission published by Canada Cup (displayed at Canada Cup venues, box offices and on www.canadacup.com which include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • All spectators are subject to an inspection for restricted and prohibited items. Persons refusing inspection may be denied entry.
  • All spectators must have a valid ticket to enter a venue, except children under the age of two who will not be occupying seats.
  • Spectators cannot use images of the Canada Cup obtained with cameras, video and/or audio devices or other means for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
  • Pass-outs will not be issued.
  • Canada Cup is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, defaced or destroyed tickets.
  • No replacement tickets will be issued.
  • Canada Cup reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any spectator who fails to comply with these rules or is disruptive to the event or the enjoyment, comfort or safety of other spectators. Tickets will not be refunded.
  • Except as required by law, spectators assume all risks and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including, among other things, injuries caused by other spectators.
  • Spectators assume all risks of property loss, except as required by law.
  • Spectators should note that the Canada Cup and third parties authorized by them might use photographs, film, tape or other images or likenesses or spectators without compensation.
  • Tickets may not be sold or traded.
  • Tickets may not be used for political, advertising or other promotional purposes (including prizes, contests or sweepstakes not licensed by Canada Cup).
  • Tickets obtained from unofficial sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and may not be honored for admission.
  • Keep in mind that prohibited items (items that are illegal in Canada), are not permitted at Canada Cup venues. This includes items such as knives, certain drugs, firearms and certain chemicals, that a person carries without a reasonable excuse. Police may take further action if a person tries to bring such items into a venue, or otherwise fails to observe ticket conditions when in the venue.
  • NO PETS are allowed in Softball City during the Canada Cup.
  • NO COOLERS are allowed in the park(s).
  • Folding chairs ARE permitted in the outfield.
