"I am the asst. coach with the San Jose Lady Sharks. This was the Lady Sharks 2nd Canada Cup but my first. I just wanted to tell you how much my daughter, my family and our team enjoyed this years Canada Cup. "

"Over the last 15 or so years I have attended or been involved in hundreds of softball and baseball tournaments. The 2003 Canada Cup is by far the most fun, the most exciting and the best run tournament I have ever attended. Every person we had any dealings with was friendly, helpful and enthusiastic. I was impressed with the people who were involved with the Canada Cup. This includes tournament directors, volunteers, umpires, other teams, and others that I can't even begin to list. "

"Our team can't wait to come back next year for another exciting and fun Canada Cup.Thank you for everything. You and everyone involved should be congratulated for your efforts and success."

Tim Fullerton

"Just a brief note to thank you personally for all the assistance that you and the Canada Cup have provided our Women's National Team. The Canada Cup remains the best softball tournament that I am aware of for senior women. The futures event has been a great addition and was outstanding for our junior team."

"Looking forward to next year's event."

"I want to thank the tournament people and their volunteers for the great time my team and parents had in the wonderful city of Surrey. The people were extremely friendly and were more than helpful with directions, eating establishments and things for us to do when we weren't playing softball. "

My wife and I were able to attend the last 4 days of the Canada Cup.
We were very impressed by the way that the tournament was run and the courteousness of the staff and the volunteers.

Our experience was a very positive one. The tournament did an extremely good job of handling the 3 different levels of play. We found ourselves watching more of the Special Olympics games than we expected. The excitement of these players was great to see.

We hope to be able to attend the event for many years to come.
Thank you for all of your hard work.

We want you to know we recognize that and we appreciate it very much. "

"You and the staff did a marvelous job with all the tournament logistics. Having been the tournament director for approximately 25 ASA and NJCAA Nationals, I know about the behind-the-scene logistics that must be accomplished. Your group was extremely professional, courteous, and caring."

"On behalf of the Port Perry Angels, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for an excellent job on the inaugural Canada Cup Futures Tournament. I would also ask that you please thank the many volunteers for a job well done. Their energies and efforts were truly appreciated."

"Your vision to bring a first rate tournament to Canada for the 18U is commendable. From the opening ceremonies until the closing our girls were just in awe and bewilderment to have brushed shoulders with so much talent."

"It was my mission to show these young ladies that Softball is alive and well in Canada and that you can reap the rewards if you apply hard work and dedication. Holding the Canada Cup in conjunction with the Futures accomplished just that. "

"Once again thank you for allowing the Port Perry Angels the opportunity to take part in the First Canada Cup Futures Tournament. I wish you all the best in the future and hope that we can continue to be a small part of such a first class event."

Rick Finlay

"Thank you so much for the opportunity to play in the Canada Cup. Our team had such a good time. For many of them, it was their last travel ball tournament (lots of tears). I don't think they will ever forget last week. Seeing some of the best women's teams in the world has really inspired them. As they go off to college, they will be driven to play their best in hopes that someday they will be able play in the Canada Cup Women's tournament."

"I've played in so many national tournaments over the years. This was by far the BEST tournament I've ever been to. Thank you for all your hard work. I don't know how you were able to do it!!! "
